Guest Autographs  

Please arrive to each autograph session 10–15 minutes prior to the time designated in the schedule. Those who arrive after the session has started will not be guaranteed entry. In the event of a change to a guest’s availability/schedule, you will be given the opportunity to transfer or refund tickets to any canceled sessions.

If you purchased your ticket in advance, please bring a printed copy with you.

AUTOGRAPH SESSION QUEUES
Queueing for autograph sessions will take place in the Autograph and Photograph Area of the Marketplace. The queues for autograph sessions are created no more than 30 minutes prior to the start time of the session. Unofficial or attendee-created lines will not be considered when the official lines are created.

Please arrive for your autograph session 10–15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

AUTOGRAPH SESSION TIPS AND TRICKS
Autograph sessions are not meet-and-greets; they are short processes. In order to make sure every attendee receives their autograph and to make sure that the experience is of the highest quality possible, we ask that you listen carefully for prompts given by the staff in the room.

Please plan to bring an item to have autographed. If you need an item, photographs of Special Guests are available for purchase at the event for a small fee.

If you are getting a book signed, please have it open to the page you want signed.

For all other items, please have them ready. Guests will be signing in black or silver ink; there are no other colors available. Please plan your item accordingly.

NO PERSONAL PHOTO/VIDEO RECORDING IS ALLOWED IN AUTOGRAPH SESSIONS.

NUMBER OF ATTENDEES
For each photograph ticket purchased, you may have two attendees in the photo. If you would like to have more than two ticketed attendees in the photo, additional photograph ticket purchases will be required. For children, please refer to the AlienCon age restrictions: thealiencon.com/faq

PICKING UP PHOTOS
Each ticket to a photograph session is good for one photo. You will receive a printed copy of the photo within two hours. You will also have the option to purchase a digital copy.

PHOTOGRAPH SESSION QUEUES
Queueing for photograph sessions will take place in the Autograph and Photograph Area in the Marketplace (Exhibit Hall E). The queues for autograph sessions are created no more than 30 minutes prior to the start time of the session. Please arrive for your photograph session 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

Unofficial or attendee-created lines will not be considered when the official lines are created.

Because lines will be moving quickly, please have all jackets, backpacks, purses, lanyards or any other items you do not want visible in the photo off and to the side. You will never be more than a few steps away from your items

Glasses may glare or make it hard for the photographer to see if you blinked, so we ask that you remove them if possible. If you prefer not to remove them, please try to tilt the glasses down and away from the lights.

NO AUTOGRAPHING OR PERSONAL PHOTO/VIDEO RECORDING IS ALLOWED IN PHOTOGRAPH SESSIONS.
